The Course
This program is designed to be half coaching, half sound healing work.
Over the course of a month, we will meet virtually each week for a total of four one-hour sessions. For the first 30 minutes of each session, we’ll focus on coaching (personalized for your life and your schedule), and for the second 30 minutes, you’ll lie back for a sound healing experience to help clear blockages and reach deeper levels of integration and restoration. You’ll also have some light practical application homework to ponder in between sessions.
What you get:
- 4 one-hour virtual coaching + virtual sound healing sessions
We’ll cover a number of areas, as you see fit, such as:
Letting Go. Releasing fear and judgment – of self, of who you thought you were supposed to be, and of what others will think of your journey. (Read: It’s not your responsibility to live up to other people’s perceptions of you.)
What’s Holding You Back? Identifying things you may have never realized are keeping you stuck, shed off what’s no longer serving you, and get more in tune to your inner voice. Your body and mind are always trying to communicate with you. Once you strip away the layers of gunk, you can finally start to hear it.
Creating Rituals. Designing practices and setting habits that will support you on this journey. We’ll co-create something you’ll be able to maintain no matter what life throws at you.
The Art of Fulfillment. Getting crystal clear on how you really want to feel, what abundance means to you, and how to get there.
With plenty of wiggle room for other topics or reallocation of time to focus on what you really feel gravitated toward. This course is for you. (We can stay on one or two topics for the whole course or breeze over to something not explicitly mentioned here if that serves you better.)
The sound healing session each week will complement the coaching focus or personal situation of the participant.
- An action plan we’ll refine over the course of the month with practical takeaways, resources, and strategies for living a more present, fulfilled, connected life that work for your specific circumstances, guaranteed to keep you in your flow for the long-haul
- A library of resources including virtual meditations, sound bath recordings, books lists, music, and more (all the resources your heart could ever desire, with a little bit of something to float anyone’s boat)
- Connection to a community of like-minded professionals, high-achievers, and go-getters on the same journey as you so you can keep your momentum going, share tips, find accountability partners, and trade stories on what works and what doesn’t along the way, long after you’ve completed the course. While this isn't the main event, it's a very popular feature. Why? Because as you evolve, so do the relationships you need to keep. You will outgrow some people—and that's ok. (You’ll gain access to the private virtual group once your enrollment is complete.)
Note: We also try to enroll participants in each month's experience that are geographically close, which provides a potential opportunity for some of these virtual bonds to translate into real life community (yoga buddy, anyone?), if that feels like your thing.

- Be prepared to show up ("show up") and do the inner work—like game face on and everything—even though it may not require a ton of time out of your schedule
- Think standing in the fire of your own transformation sounds compelling, even if you're not entirely sure what that means yet
Individualized Coaching
We’ll begin each session with live, individualized coaching. All that means, really, is a conversation. An exploration. A safe space for us to talk, without judgment, about where you’re at, where you want to be, and how to bridge the gap with strategies for lasting transformation. We’ll merge ancient, time-tested wisdom with modern applications. No need to be overwhelmed by the onslaught of meditation apps and book recommendations flying around out there. We’ll focus on the supplemental tools and resources that will work for your preferences, your schedule and your life. (I’m not going to tell you to sit and meditate for 15 minutes twice a day if that’s not something that makes sense for you.)

No sweat. I know where you’re coming from—I’ve been there—and we can co-create something that will serve you best. (Hint: It doesn’t require giving up your salary, quitting your job, or completely overhauling your life. The subtlest shifts can start to ground and reorder everything.)
As we explore different areas of focus each week, you’ll start to unlearn programmed beliefs and conditioning. You’ll begin to consciously align your thoughts, words, and actions to achieve the outcomes you desire. And you'll start to bring harmony into your life in ways you never thought possible. Step one? Some days I’m still waking up late, rushing out the door, feeling like a scattered mess like everyone else. And sometimes I even fall into the trap of beating myself up for it a little bit. Because human and because life. Those days are rarer now, but that’s the journey—a constant return to compassion, to gentleness with self, and to the realization that it will always be a journey. The secret is there is no secret. Every day, you begin again (but it does get easier).

Sharing with you here my favorite quote, that resonated so deeply with me at the beginning of my own journey (and still does today):
“The more I listen to myself, my body, my feelings, and the less I listen to the ‘should’ and ‘must’ and ‘to-do’ voices, the more I realize my body and spirit have been whispering all along, but I couldn’t hear them over the chaos and noise of the life I’d created. I was addicted to this chaos, but like any addiction, it was damaging to me.
Here’s what I know: I thought the doing and the busyness would keep me safe. They keep me numb. Which is not the same as safe, which isn’t even the greatest thing to aspire to.
If you’re not like me—prone to frantic levels of activity, swirling chaos, fast-moving cycles of over-commitment and resentment—then you might press your face up against the glass of my life with something like wonder and a little confusion. ‘Why don’t you,’ you might suggest gently, ‘just slow down?’ I understand the question, but I find it’s a little bit like asking people who are ruining their life and health with their addiction to alcohol why they think they’re so thirsty.

One note on value. A lot of online courses operate with the same lower-vibrational-feeling tactics (at least that's how they feel to me). And I don't know about you, but I'm growing weary of internet games.
